Delete your TV Tracker account

You can ask for your TV Tracker account and its data to be deleted at any time.

How to ask

1. Open the contact form.
2. Choose the topic Delete my account.
3. Enter the email address on your TV Tracker account (for Google sign-in, that's your Google email address), so we can find the right account.
4. We may reply to confirm the request before deleting anything.

Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days, and we'll email you when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, and name and profile picture if you used Google)
• Your display name
• Your watchlists, watched status, ratings and notes
• Your household/group memberships, and invites you've sent that haven't been accepted
• Your selected streaming services and channels, and email digest preferences
• Your push notification tokens

If you created a household or group that other people still belong to, your membership and personal data are removed. Shared items that other members still use may stay in the group for them.

What's kept for a short time

• Backups: database backups may still contain your data for up to 30 days, until they're overwritten.
• Technical logs: basic logs kept by our hosting providers are deleted automatically after a short period.
• Your request: we keep your deletion request message as a record that we've done it.

Show information from TMDB isn't personal data and isn't affected.
